Our role is limited to providing software and related B2B services as set out in the client agreement.

Website content, trademarks, logos, software, and documentation remain the property of iGaming Whitelabel or its licensors. You may not copy, reverse engineer, or redistribute our materials except as expressly permitted in writing.

THE WEBSITE AND INFORMATIONAL MATERIALS ARE PROVIDED “AS IS” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. We do not warrant uninterrupted access. Software warranties, SLAs, and remedies apply only under executed client agreements.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, iGaming Whitelabel SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM USE OF THIS WEBSITE. OUR AGGREGATE LIABILITY RELATED TO THE WEBSITE SHALL NOT EXCEED ONE HUNDRED US DOLLARS (USD $100).

These Terms are governed by the laws applicable under any client agreement, or otherwise by the laws of the jurisdiction where iGaming Whitelabel principally operates, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the website after changes constitutes acceptance where permitted by law.
