Important: We are a B2B software provider only
iGaming Whitelabel supplies white-label software and technology to business clients. We do not operate a consumer gaming website, do not offer player sign-ups or accounts, and do not host or support end-user gameplay on this site. Any gaming platform launched with our software is owned and operated by the independent business client.
This Privacy Policy explains how iGaming Whitelabel ("we", "us", or "our") collects and uses information when you visit our website or contact us about our white-label software. This site is a B2B marketing and sales site for software licensing — not a player or consumer gaming service.
1. Our role as a software provider
We develop and license white-label iGaming software to business operators, startups, and agencies. We are a technology vendor, not a gaming operator.
Specifically, we do not:
- Offer or process player / end-user sign-ups on this website
- Host consumer gameplay or player wallets on this website
- Operate a public casino, social casino, or betting service for consumers
- Collect player gaming data through this marketing website
If a business client deploys our software under their own brand, that client is the operator and data controller for their players. Player privacy practices are governed by that operator's own policies, not this page.
2. Who we are
iGaming Whitelabel provides white-label gaming platform software and related B2B services. For privacy inquiries, email contact@igamingwhitelabel.com.
3. Information we collect
On this website we collect information typical of a B2B sales site, including:
- Business contact details you submit (name, work email, company, phone, message)
- Technical data such as IP address, browser type, and pages visited
- Communication records from email, forms, or live chat about software demos and sales
We do not ask website visitors to create player accounts or submit gameplay-related personal data.
4. How we use information
We use information to:
- Respond to demo and sales inquiries about our software
- Provide and improve our website and B2B services
- Send service-related communications to business contacts
- Analyze site performance and marketing effectiveness
- Comply with legal obligations and protect our systems
7. Client-operated platforms
When we act as a software supplier to a business client, any end-user (player) data on that client's live platform is controlled by the client. We process such data only if and as agreed in a written contract (for example as a data processor for hosting or support). This Privacy Policy does not replace the privacy notice of any client-operated gaming site or app.
8. Retention and security
We retain business contact information as needed for sales, support, legal, and accounting purposes. We use reasonable administrative and technical measures to protect information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure.
9. Your rights
Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or restrict certain processing of your personal information. To exercise rights related to data we hold as a controller (for example your demo inquiry), email contact@igamingwhitelabel.com. For data held by a client-operated gaming platform, contact that operator directly.
10. Children
Our website and software licensing services are directed to businesses and adults. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18.
11. Changes
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The “Last updated” date reflects the latest revision.
